The additional ice and water machine in the lobby is a great convenience. The layout of amenities is thoughtful, ensuring easy access without feeling cluttered.

Fire alarms went off multiple times during the night, which is not exactly conducive to a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the ice machines in the hall are loud and can easily disrupt rest. The room was also uncomfortably humid, and the water in the shower felt overly soft, leaving soap residue on the skin. Breakfast options were quite disappointing, lacking variety and flavor.

Had a great stay at Tru By Hilton. The location is excellent, as it's conveniently close to numerous shopping and dining options. The room was clean and well-maintained, showing evidence of recent updates. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good selection. The staff was attentive and ensured I had everything I needed during my work trip.

The only downside was a noise issue I experienced at night by my door, which slightly disrupted my sleep.

the location was great, close to local parks and shopping spots (great for a morning stroll! ). loved the breakfast selection, especially the waffles.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Hearing Access was so comfy! It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Loved the big walk-in shower. The fitness center was nice too, super convenient to stay active. Parking was well lit, making me feel safe when coming back late. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.
